Description

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price contract for Janitorial Services in Klamath, Oregon for the base year plus five option years. The janitorial service work includes the following duties: Trash disposal, clean restrooms, drinking fountains, sinks, stripping, waxing, buffing all floors, dust and damp mopping, vacuuming and spot cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, upholstered furniture, scrubbing, sweeping, dusting, wall and miscellaneous washing, vacuum carpet runners, and remove dust and cobwebs from walls and fixtures. Work shall be performed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Work must be performed between 5:00pm and 12:00am. Specific duties are listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is set-aside for Small Business concerns only. Solicitation 06SQ204011 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about March 2, 2006. The date for receipt of quotes is March 23, 2006. Inquiries will be accepted by Fax at (916) 978-5175, Attention: Annie Tran, or by email at atran@mp.usbr.gov. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. The RFQ will only be posted. No hard copy will be distributed.
