- Description
- The Overshoe, Men's 5 Buckle Black item shall be manufactured in accordance with Purchase Description A-A-50362. The quantities are the following: base year/minimum: 470 pairs, maximum: 2,660 pairs; option I/ minimum:690 pairs, maximum: 3,460 pairs; option II/minimum:690 pairs, maximum: 3,460 pairs; option IV/minimum: 690 pairs, maximum: 3,460 pairs. The destination will be New Cumberland, PA. The production lead-time for the first delivery will be 120 days after award. This procurement will be issued as an 100% small business set-aside under the following Best Value evaluation factors: Product Demonstration Model and Experience/Past Performance. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as The Berry Amendment) impose restrictions on the DoDs acquisition of foreign products and services.
