Description: USAID plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Cost Plus Fix Fee (CPFF) type of contract with a total estimated cost range of more than $20 million covering a five (5) year period. The purpose of this RFP is to provide architectural, engineering, public participation, procurement, construction and construction management services to support USAID?s Earthquake Reconstruction and Recovery Program in Pakistan. The goal of this program is to rebuild and furnish seismic resistant schools and healthcare facilities.
