- REVISED SCHEDULE DATE: Issuance of Part I, Request for Proposals (RFP) for Construction of a New US Land Port of Entry, Massena, NY has been changed from February 15, 2006 and is anticipated to be on or about February 27, 2006. REVISED PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled for February 22, 2006 has been changed to March 13, 2006. The pre-proposal conference will be at 2:00 pm at the Quality Inn, 10 West Orvis Street, Massena, NY 13662. This conference will be held to discuss the project and address any questions or concerns.
