- The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement to purchase Water Sampling and Analysis Services for Davis Pond. Solicitation W912P8-06-R-0115 is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Qua ntity (IDIQ) award to one awardee. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 8734 and the business size is $10,000,000.00. The NAICS code is 541380. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside.
