Description

Work includes, but is not limited to the replacement of existing hardwired relay controls in building 350 with new PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Devices for elevator #2. The installation of smoke detectors and smoke damper for elevator firefig hter recall. The replacement of existing call stations/indicator lights/door operators/ac motor and light fixtures in machine room and the installation of a new fire sprinkler system. The estimated magnitude of this proposed procurement is between $100,0 00 and $250,000. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, NAICS code 238290/13.0M. The solicitation, plans and specifications will be available on or about February 28, 2006. The solic itation and specifications will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. The solicitation and specifications will be available for download by accessing the following address via the Worl d Wide Web: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/IM/solicitation_index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Plans will issued on compact disc via mail. To obtain a compact disc containing plans, contact the point of contact listed below via email.
