Description

THE SOLICIATION NUMBER FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM 263-2006-P-(GH)-0005 TO 263-2006-Q-(GH)-0005. ALL SUBSEQUENT INFORMATION TO THIS NOTICE WILL BE FOUND UNDER THE NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Services (ORS) is procuring services for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management Program (IPMP). The services will be performed in approximately 103 NIH campus facilities (patient care, food services and support facilities) located in Bethesda/Rockville, Maryland and leased buildings in the surrounding Washington Metropolitan area. REVISED TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Issuance of Solicitation on or about 2/17/2006; Site Visits expected 3/2-3/2006; Questions due 3/6/2006; RFQ Response due 3/16/2006; and Contract Award expected by 6/1/2006. This procurement is Full and Open Competition. The acquisition will be conducted under the procedures for acquiring commercial items authorized in FAR Part 12 and FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 561710 ($6 Million). The period of performance shall be for one 12-month base year with four 12-month option periods from date of award. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. All updates/amendments pertaining to this requirement will only be posted and made available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (Fedbizopps) site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the Offerors responsibility to review this site frequently for updates to any and all documents.
