Description

Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required to Rebuild Little Lake Harbor Light #2 @ USCG Cutter Buckthorn, Sault Ste Marie, MI as follows: Remove the existing navigational aid pole and base plate. Loosen/cut anchor bolts as required for removal of the base plate. Relocate stones as necessary to place formwork for the new foundation. Fabricate the steel coping, rebar bracing, grab-handles and ladder rungs as indicated for construction of the foundation. Secure the rebar/coping assembly to the existing pile cap plate using anchor bolts as shown with formwork. Secure ladder rungs to the formwork and place concrete. Fabricate and install the new navigation aid (NAVAID) pole and secure to anchor bolts. Install government furnished NAVAID equipment. Electrical connections will be performed by Coast Guard personnel. Period of performance is 75 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $13.0.
