Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 1,611 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 1,401 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date is not to exceed June 15, 2007; however, the GSA may consider an expedited date of occupancy, as soon as October 15, 2006. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: The Central Business Area of Clearwater, FL Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking within 2 blocks of the offered space, a minimum of 7 parking spaces. New construction will not be considered. The Government will not consider sub-leasing space.
