Description

Contractor to provide all necessary labor, travel, tools and materials required to repair patient aids such as wheelchairs, scooters, stairway lifts, of VA beneficiaries for the VAMHCS in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation for the period date of award through 11/30/06 with four 1 option years, subject to the availability of funds. Service will be required in the following Maryland Counties: Ann Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Annes, Talbot. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The NAICS is 811211 and the size standard is $6.0 million. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.5 test program and the simplified acquisition procedures apply. The procurement will be conducted according to a combination of Parts 12, 13, and 15. ALL QUESTIONS SHALL BE IN WRITING AND SENT TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-DEC-2005).
