Description

Note 22 applies. The government intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with CC Software of Salt Lake City, UT for an upgrade to the Visual Imagery Source (VIS)software created by CC Software to include the current version of Java that is certified for the HP-UX operating system environment. In addition, the VIS dialogues well be integrated into the Media Inventory Management Source (MIMS) Seer system menu and mad available from any authorized Seer client. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
