- Solicitation 7FLA-H5-06-6230-Flashlight (Penlight) is for a total of 4800 Flashlights (penlights) to ship to two different locations - quantity of 1920 to ship to French Camp, CA and quantity of 2880 to Burlington, NJ. The solicitation is attached in a word document. Please note that to be considered responsive to this solicitation, you must complete the attached solicitation document, and return in its entirety to me via email (Haley.naegele@gsa.gov) or fax (817-574-2574). Included on pages four to six of the solicitation is the Item Purchase Description. Please note that on page eleven of the solicitation, you must complete the section at the bottom of the page, providing all relevant information requested. If you are awarded the solicitaion, you will also be required to provide the original copy of the solicitation to us via mail, once awarded.
