- The government intends to acquire on a sole source basis, from GaussSoft Inc., San Jose, CA support services. The agency is in need of Site licenses for GaussSoft-KVA (knowledge value added) software for teaching and research in training labs. The vendor is the copyright holder and the sole publisher of the software that will be used in teaching the (KVA) methodology for research in training labs. Estimated delivery is 30 days. Oral Solicitation N00244-06-T-0290 will be utilized in accordance with SAP procedures for this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is on or before February 13,2006.
