Description

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the Alarm Control Input NSN: : 6340-01-2142-1494, Input P/N: 2335-8. Output NSN: : 6340-01-2142-1494, Output P/N: 2335-8. The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 12 and a maximum of 60 each including FMS quanity of 20%. Overhaul is to be accomplished in accordance w ith Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-6340-205, and the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set asides are restricted to U.S. small business; there fore foreign requests for this solicitions will not be honored. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Product Verification Audit is not required for this item. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. Firms that r ecognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. ATTN: FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO ROBERT P. ALDRIDGE. There will be no telephone or email Requests for Proposals accepted. Request for solicitation will be by data fax to (256) 313-8194 or mailed to, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Robert P. Aldridge, Bldg 5303, M&O, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Acquisition of Non-Commercial Items. See Note 1
