- This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for installation services on the following: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, quality control, labor, materials, supplies and equipment to install two (2) floor mounted 5-ton customer supplied Liebert computer room A/C units in the mechanical room next to the computer room. Also install one (1) 10-ton customer supplied Liebert dry cooler on the roof next to existing. Install gravity type condensate drain lines from both units to existing floor drain. Provide a Crain to set 10 ton dry cooler on roof, customer will provide dry cooler and pads. ATF to provide electrical to all equipment. Dry coolers will be piped in series with existing 10 ton dry cooler for 100% redundancy. Add bypass line a 2" isolation valves to existing unit to be able to isolate dry cooler while keeping the other on line. Add 40% premix glycol as needed and bleed air. All piping must be insulated to match existing. Furnish 5-tons of portable air a/c units as a back up to the computer room for the duration of the project. Once wiring and duct work are complete, perform start up of new equipment. Once new equipment is operational, disconnect and remove the old equipment and all related piping. All labor and parts supplied by contractor will be warranted for one year. These services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Codes, and any other applicable regulations and requirements. The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations; (Vendor must furnish Offeror Representations in writing); FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov to receive this award. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements listed above at the lowest price on an All or None Basis.
