- SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to fabricate and install four steel offshore aquatic aids to navigation, survey position of new structures, conduct a surface search of the sea floor for fallen structures, and salvage, remove, and dispose of structures found during search. Estimated construction price range is $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under the above solicitation number. Vendors are required to be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) at www.fedteds.gov to download the technical data package. All vendors interested in teaming or subcontracting for this solicitation, should click on [Register as Interested Vendor].
