Description

This is a request for quote (RFQ) for all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform herbicide spraying services at Salamonie Lake in Lagro, IN, J.E. Roush Lake in Huntington, IN and Mississinewa Lake in Peru, IN. Three separate awards will be made from this solicitation. Services will be from 01 April 2006 (or date of award if later) thru 31 March 2007. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for two one-year periods. If the options to extend are exercised, t he two one-year periods will be from 01 April 2007 thru 31 March 2008 and 01 April 2008 thru 31 March 2009. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS 561730 ($6.5 million). Award for this procurement will be based on best value t o the Government. Factors to be considered are Experience, Past Performance, Price, and Proof of a valid Pesticide License from the State of Indiana. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 07 February 2006 and a due date of 22 February 2006 at 2:00 PM (local time).This RFQ is downloadable from the FedTeDS website only.
