Description

The VISN 7 Acquisition Service Center intends to negotiate a sole source Service Disabled Veteran owned Small Business (SDVOSB) procurement with Central Alabama Mobility, Inc. for the maintenance and repair of wheelchairs (both manual and motorized) and scooters. This procurement is located at the VA Medical Center, 3701 Loop Road East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404-5088. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 19.1406 ? Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns on a sole source basis. The estimated cost for this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, which includes a base year plus four option years. The NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $21 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within (ten) 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
