PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide janitorial services to include management, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for 18,648 sq. ft. of occupied leased space (1-level building). The contract period will be 1 year with 1 option year. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: $25,000 - $100,000. PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Forest Service, Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests, Supervisor?s Office, 1755 Cleveland Highway, Gainesville, GA 30501.
