- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 2540-01-329-8074, Parts Kit, Soft Top, to be procured in accordance with CAGE 19207 DWG. 57K0158 and various other drawings. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQTC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 944 KT to be shipped to various stock locations. The FOB is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery is for a quantity of 472 KT in 90 days shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. This requirement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date Feb 15, 2006. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
