Description

Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Bremerton, WA requires facilitation services for the formation of a Strategic Planning Guiding Coalition and the development and implementation of subsequent initiatives. The prime contractor shall serve as a consultant to the PSNS & IMF Guiding Coalition members. Minimum qualifications will include but are not limited to experience leading large and diverse organizations through development and deployment of a strategic plan and related initiatives, knowledge of public shipyard organizational structure and related interfaces, and teaching experience related to leading change in a managed organization. Period of performance is anticipated to be from date of award through September 30, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone, email or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
