Pine Bluff Contracting Division has a requirement to design, fabricate, and install an Integrated Manufacturing Test Facility. Work to be perform in accordance with the terms and conditions outline in Pine Bluff Arsenals Technical Specification TS- 2005-ET-04 for Integrated Manufacturing Test Facility and drawings for bldg 32-630. F.O.B. Destination  Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas 71602-9500. Solicitation No. W911RP-06-R-0011 to be issued o/a 2/15/06 and close o/a 3/15/06. This acquisition is being issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, NAICS CODE 236220 - Business size 31M.
