Description

Contractor to provide A/E Services for Project 460-06-100 Replace Elevators. Services to include site investigations, techical reports, cost estimates, and preparation of complete construction drawings/specifications, and site visits. Project is located at 1601 Kirkwood Highway, in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a small business set aside. Firms will be evaluated on (1)Professional qualifications to perform the required services, (2) Specified experience and Technical competence in the type of work required, (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time frames, (4) Past record of performance on contracts with Government Agencies, (5) Location in the general geographic area of the project. Interested firms must submit form 330 Architect Engineer Qualifications by March 2, 2006. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
