This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 1008 CN. This is being solicited with a 100% Quantity Option. QPL Applies. Unit can contains 5 gallons. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards/And/Or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. In accordance with Spec NR MIL-PRF-21260E. BASIC DTD 1998 JUL 31. AMEND NR DTD 20 TYPE NUMBER: M21260-3 10W. I/A/W STD NR MIL-STD 290F. REFNO DTD 2000 JUL 17. AMEND NR DTD 20 TYPE NUMBER: II SHELF LIFE 24 MONTHS. Products Qualified and Listed on the Qualified Products List for SAE J2361 are also qualified for MIL-PRF-21260. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAMMS inquiry on 17 January 2006. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 103 applies. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Progress payments are not authorized as this is a commercial item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The resolicitation will issue on ? February 2, 2006 ? with a closing date of February 13, 2006.
