Title: Painting Interior/Exterior, Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg PA Scope of Work: THE WORKS INCLUDES FIRNISHING ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND LABOR TO PROVIDE AND SECURE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PAINTING FOR INDUSTRIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS/AREAS COMPLETE AND READY TO USE. THE WORK INCLUDES SITE PREPARATION AND REPAINTING OF THE FOLLOWING TYPE OF SURFACES: OVERHANG CEILINGS ABOVE PLATFORMS AND SIDEWALKS; EXTERIOR/ INTERIOR WALLS; DRYVIT; DOORS DOOR FRAMES; WINDOW SASH; STAIRS; RAILINGS; MISC TRIM; PIPING AND DUCTWORK; WOOD AND METAL WORK; AND INCIDENTAL RELATED WORK. Estimated Price Range: Indefinite Quantity Contract, $25,100.00 Minimum. Number of Days in Contract: 365 with base and four option years. NAICS Code: 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, $12 Million. Prospective contractors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Specifications and drawings will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM.
