Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO-PL8231), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Imperial Systems, 3040 Main Street, Millbrook, AL 36054 for on-call maintenance to support the Closed-Circuit Television, Access Control Units and Alarm System at DISA Montgomery. Imperial Systems installed the current Security System and has several overlapping hardware and software warranties. Imperial has warranted the system, and to allow another vendor access to the software and hardware would invalidate the overall system warranty. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed requirement must indicate their written interest within 3 days of this notice. Oral communications are not acceptable.
