Description

The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to award under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with First Logic, Inc. 33128 Treasury Ct. Chicago IL 60694-3100. Maintenance renewal for equipment purchased in previous years. It is the intention of the Bureau of Labor Statistics to procure these services from the appropriate private sector vendor. Decription: Annual Maintenance Subcription ACE with Address GeoCensus Option DataRight and Annual Directory Subcription Address Level Geo Directory.cost for this requirement will NTE $22,000. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determinatin not to compete this propsed procurement based on response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. If there are no affirmative written responses received within (7) calendar days from the published date of this notice, The Bureau of Labor Statistics will proceed with the award. This notice is for information purposes only. No solictation will be available
