Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITAITION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS ?AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-4. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 with business size standards of 500 employees. This acquisition is100% small business set-aside. In accordance with the Non-Manufacturer Rule, to qualify under a small business set-aside, the distributor and the manufacturer must qualify as a Small Business manufacturer under the NAICS code identified above. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), has a requirement for High Voltage Amplifiers LINE ITEM 0001 Quantity?1 EA ?Double Channel High-Voltage Amplifier Specification for Voltage Amplfier: Two output channels Frequency range DC ? 100 kHz Output Voltage Amplitude +/- 300 V Output Impedance 10 Ohms (or less) Output Voltage Uncertainty 0.1% (<300 mV at 300V peak-to-peak) Output Voltage Gain 100 (fixed to ensure accuracy) Harmonic Distortion less than 0.1% for 2nd and 3rd harmonic Input/Output In phase, Non Inverting Input/Output monitor In phase, Non Inverting LINE ITEM 0002: Quantity?1 EA ? FOB DESTINATION MEANS: The Contractor shall pack and mark the shipment in conformance with carrier requirements, deliver the shipment in good order and condition to the point of delivery specified in the purchase order, be responsible for loss of and/or damage to the goods occurring before receipt and acceptance of the shipment by the consignee at the delivery point specified in the purchase order; and pay all charges to the specified point of delivery.
