- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AV5P729500P700-0001 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03, Effective 08 Jan 06. The associated NAICS code is 332994 and small business standard is 1000 employees. The government intends to purchase the following items: DMG0541 Cable, Battery to Weapon 132 each, DMG0542 Cable, Crossover 66 each, DMG0543 Cable, Battery to Aircraft 132 each, DMG0540 GCU Trigger Box 180 each, DM0100 DC Booster Motor 180 each, DMG0036 DC Drive Motor 180 each. The intended source is Dillon Aero Inc., 8009 Dillons Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The delivery required is within 8 weeks after receipt of order. Place of delivery will be L3 Communications, Bldg 21 Door 12, 5749 Briar Hill RD, Lexington, KY 40516, Attn: Ms. Ernestine Butcher. FOB is Destination. The Inspection / Acceptance is at Origin by a Government QAR. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Represetations and Certifications?Commercial Items (Offerors are instructed to complete this section and return with their quote); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial applies to this acquisition and the following additional FAR clauses cited are applicable to this acquisition: 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration; 252.211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation; 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests; 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items.
