Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to issue a contract in support of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) (OASA (M & RA) HRsolut ions Program Office in Crystal City, VA. Contract period of pe rformance will be 15 March 2006 through 15 March 2007 with four (4) option years. The solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541611 and the size standard is $6M. The solicitation and related attachments are now posted on the CCE website (http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/, click services then click RFPs) for contractors to download a copy. The closing date is 1600 hrs (4:00 PM 15 February 2006).
