Bearing 516S, Phase - 3, HZ - 50, Horsepower - 150, RPM 3560, AMPS - 176. The motor "seized up," full extent of damage is unknown. Motor is about 20 years old, used for pumping jet fuel. It must be repaired and certified to "UL" standard. The motor must be disconnected from the associated equipment, shipped out of Dyess AFB (Abilene), Texas, repaired, certified, returned, and re-installed.
