Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a follow-on contract to N00019-01-C-0156 with Cam Lock (UK) Limited, Unit 10, Springlakes Ind. Estate, Deadbrook Lane, Aldershot, Hants GU12 4UH, England, to procure approximately 1000 Aircrew Chemical, Biological, Radiological (CBR) Respirator Assemblies in 2006, 980 Aircrew CBR Respirator Assemblies in 2007, and 820 Aircrew CBR Respirator Assemblies in 2008. Associated equipment that may also be procured in conjunction with the Respirator Assemblies includes spare parts, rechargeable batteries, disposable batteries, 90 degree elbow oxygen connectors, nose occluder kits, V2 respirator assembly modification kits, V3 respirator assembly modification kits, V4 respirator assembly modification kits, CMU-29(V)1/P CBR pockets, CMU-29(V) CBR overvest, and water survival training masks and technical data. Cam Lock is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the CBR Respirator Assemblies and is the only known manufacturer that possesses the necessary technical data, tooling, knowledge and experience required to provide these supplies.
