- The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS) Heartland Global Supply Center is in the process of preparing a formal solicitation for FSC 5120 ? Misc Hand Tools. The solicitation will result in a fixed price, indefinite delivery, two-year requirements type contract for the period 09/01/2006 or DOA through 08/31/2008 with 3 1-yr options. This solicitation will contain requirements for 20 Misc Hand Tools. Estimated quantities will appear in the solicitation document. Pricing is not required in your response to this notice. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause.
