Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-06-T-0177 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. This acquisition is set-aside for GSA Federal Schedule Holders. Federal GSA Schedule holders, please furnish the following information with your quotation: (A) GSA Contract Number(s), (B) Expiration date(s) of contract(s), (C) Copy of the page which states maximum order limitation, (D) Indicate if contract contains Economic Price Adjustment clause. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or none basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541 511 size standard is $18M. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed Task Order for 12 months resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation for maintenance/license renewal and upgrade services of the Standard Open Text Livelink in accordance with t he following specifications to be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland for the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001  Standard Livelink (English) S-ADDUSER for 4,700 users, Standard Livelink includes unlimited Livelink Enterprise Serv er licenses, which inludes Livelink Enterprise Server repository, Livelink Notifications, Livelink Users & Groups, Enterprise Workspace, Personal Workspaces, document management objects (Documents, Folders, Compound Documents, Aliases, URLs), document mana gement services (version control, audit trails, permissions, categories & attibutes (metadata), references), Text Editor, Spell Checker, Livelink Search, Livelink Atlas (Web-based tree naviagation), LiveReports, Livelink Activator for CORBA, Livelink Manag ement Agent, Livelink Workflow, Livelink Renditions, Livelink Classifications (manual), Livelink Cluster Administration Support, Livelink Collections, Livelink Recommender, Livelink Projects, Livelink Polls, Livelink Discussions, Livelink News Channels, Li velink Tasks, Livelink WebForms, and Livelink XML Workflow Interchange.
