- THIS PRESOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting under Full & Open Competition for a Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization & Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP)to provide support for regional U.S. Navy supply and logistics needs involving the management of hazardous material. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition will be utilized. Resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Service type contract with four (4) one-year option periods. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Services to be provided in Bremerton, WA 98314-5001. Period of Performance is 01 January 2006 to 31 December 2006. FOB Dest. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or about 20 October 2005, with offers due on or about 01 Nov 2005. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website (WinZip is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. Technical Proposals are required. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.beauchamp@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. No bidders? list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations or quotes and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals or quotes may render your proposal or quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
