Description

The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of services necessary for the design, development, and implementation of existing MRO Softwares MAXIMO 5.2 Extended Enterprise (50 seats), MAXIMO Mobi le Work Manager Suite (46 seats) and MAXIMO Mobile Inventory Manager Suite (10 seats) to be used to automate business and work processes and provide a means to collect, communicate, and analyze information for facility maintenance and production operations support work at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK. Estimated issue date is February 13, 2006. Request is unrestricted, therefore, quotes will be accepted from any interested vendor with at least three past performances implementing MAXIMO or comparable CMMS/EAM implementations. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it ON OR AFTER THE ISSUE DATE by accessing https://acquisition.army.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation, and is in fact, unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested partie s to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render quote nonresponsive and res ult in the rejection of same.
