Description

REPAIR AIRCRAFT PARKING APRON Solicitation W9124X-06-B-0001. Services, non-personal to provide all labor, materials, equipment and appliances necessary to rehabilitation of the south portion of the aircraft parking ramp at the Nevada Air National Gu ard Base in Reno, Nevada. The work that the contractor shall provide and/or furnish and install shall include, but not to be limited to, the following items: (1) Bituminous and Concrete Pavement Removal; (2) Portland Cement Concrete Pavement; (3) Aggrega te Base Course; (4) Bituminous Cement Concrete Pavement; (5) Drainage; (6) Pavement Marking; (7) Ramp Lighting and Airfield Lighting; (8) Grounding Points; (9) Aircraft Deicing Collection System; (10) Seeding and Mulching; (11) temporary items, such as: ba rricades, flashing lights, etc. Work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with the Plans and the Technical Provisions of the Specifications for Project UCTL 022597A, Repair Aircraft Parking Apron at the Nevada Air National Guard Base in Reno, Nevada . The estimated cost range of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, and the construction performance period is approximately 365 days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The contract will be awarded t o the lowest responsible/responsive bidder. Prime Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration at http://www.ccr.gov, to be eligible for award. Bid Opening will be at 2:00 pm PST (ALL BIDDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN CONTRACTING OFFICE PRIOR TO THIS TIME) on 28 February 2006 at the Civil Engineering Facility conferenc e room.
