Description: Contractor to provide A/E services for Computer Room HVAC Upgrade in Bldg 154A to include site investigations and pprepare construction drawings/specifications which will be sent out to bid. Project is located at 1892 Williams Street, FOrt Harrison, Montana. Fort Harrison is located outside the city limits of Helena, Montana. Project will upgrade the HVAC system in main computer room and telecom room B1A-B Bldg 154A. Questions concerning project may be directed to Rob Dunn, Chief, Construction at (406) 447-7380. Firms must be located in Montana. Project will be limited to emerging small businesses whose gross earnings have not averaged more than $2,225,000 per year over the last three years. INterested firms should submit standard form 330 Architect Engineer Qualifications by February 28, 2006. See number note 25.
