- NRCS is still working out a few funding and location issues for these positions before the Request for Proposals (RFPs) can be solicited. The total number of positions and their exact office locations are still undetermined. It is expected that the final determination regarding this solicitation will be made sometime within the next few weeks. At that time the RFPs for each position will either be posted or the solicitation will be cancelled due to lack of sufficient funds.
