Description: DSCC is soliciting for a firm fixed price w/ EPA long term, indefinite quantity contract not to exceed 3 years (base plust 2 option years). The items to be included in this solicitation along with their item descriptions are listed below. These items are to be procured in accordance with QML-38535-19 and will be solicited as full and open competition and as an unrestricted acquisition. Per the QML listing, Rochester Electronics is currently the only approved/qualified manufacturing source for these items. While price will be a significant evaluation factor, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors will also apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote for consideration.
