Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transporation and supervision necessary for the complete rehabilitation of restrooms at the Perry's Victory Monument, located within the boundaries of the Perry's Victory & International Peace Memorial, 93 Delaware Avenue, Put-in-Bay, Ohio. Work will include installation of toilet and bath accessories in accordance with all Federal, state and local government regulations. A full description of all work will be identified in the Request for Quotation. The NAICS Code for this project is 238220. The small business size standard is $13 million. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Project performance time is 60 days after notice to proceed. This project will be solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, this project is open to both small and large businesses. The Request for Quotation, with specifications and drawings will be posted to websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about February 7, 2006. No hard copies of the Request for Quotation package will be mailed or issued. To receive a quote package, you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
