Description

GovWorks is issuing and Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Liberty Research Center. The requirement is for a subsurface geotechnical exploration. *** The period of performance will be 14 calendar days from date of award. FOB shall be DESTINATION Marriottsville MD. *** This requirement is 100% small business set aside. The resultant award is expected to be a firm-fixed price contract. *** The NAICS code for this requirement is 238910 with a small business size standard of $13 Million. *** The competitive RFP, RFP amendments and all questions related to this procurement will be made available via the internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number 1406-04-06-RP-61480. *** The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about January 20, 2006, and will be available via the internet at the above website. *** Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resulting contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored and no bidders list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to brian.hood@mms.gov. Ensure the RFP number and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
