Description

Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to Replace Temperature & Humidity Control @ Bldg. 31-530 by Installing a Package Dx Chiller and Air Handler to replace the existing split system. Work shall include the following: Demolition of existing Chiller & Air Handler; Installation of new Package, Dx Chiller & Air Handler  Concrete Equipment Pad, Equipment, Ductwork, Piping/Valves; Electrical, Controls; Start-up and Test; All work is to be performed in accordance with PBAs Schedule of Work dated, 11 Jan 2006; Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) Specification #FY 2005 for Humidity Control, Bldg. #31-530, dated 13 Dec 2005 and Sketch entitled Replace Humidity Control  Bldg. 31-530. Work includes DDC controls package mounted on new HVAC Package unit required to control the temperature and humidity parameters of 70 degrees @ 50% humidity. Critical point shall be field located. Existing humidifier shall be integrated with the new controls. Start-up and Testing for operation and Control r equirement is applicable. Qty. 1 Job, F.O.B. Destination Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. Acquisition is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Act. A site visit is recommended.
