Description
SP0100-06-Q-4050 IS CANCELLED TODAY 1/20/2006 DUE TO CHANGING REQUIREMENTS. This buy will be solicited as a Small Purchase, Total Small Business Set-Aside. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The item is Mens, Trousers, Navy, Poly/Wool Gabardine. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8405-01-510-5434 (s). The military specification is MIL-T-41828H dated 10/22/1987, Class 12 and the pattern date is 10/31/1997. The purchase quantity is 2, 940 each. The delivery quantity is spread over 4 delivery increments. The first delivery is due 120 days after the date of award. The destination is DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113-134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with the exception of the basic fabric, which will be provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM). The GFM material is Cloth, Poly/Wool, Gabardine, Navy Blue 3346, Type 1, Class 12. This is a best value acquisition with Source Selection Procedures. The following factor will be utilized Production Demonstration Model (PDM). Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form.
