Description: NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source purchase to Taylor Resources Inc. for Willapa National Wildlife Refuge, Ilwaco, Washington for oystershells The Willapa Refuge has a requirement for 1800 cubic yards of oystershell in the local area to enhance the nesting habitat of the Snowy Plover bird restoration program. Taylor Resources is willing to sell as it is not as dependent on the oystershells for capturing wild spawned spat. Their operations is substantially larger than most other companies within Willapa Bay and this has resulted in a stockpile of oystershells which can meet the refuge needs.
