- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Bozeman, Montana The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,509 rentable square feet yielding 1,312 usable square feet within the City Limits of Bozeman, Montana. The space should yield approximately 1,312 ANSI/BOMA usable sq. ft. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
