- Description
- Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) has a requirement for the overhaul of Condition Code F parts and components to Condition A1 or as otherwise specified by the Government. These parts and components are primarily used for a variety of combat vehicles. The parts and components will be provided to the contractor for pickup at ANAD and returned by the contractor to ANAD upon completion of the overhaul. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting each individual part or component, determining all necess ary processes required to meet applicable specifications, performing the overhaul effort including necessary in-process and final tests and inspections, and returning the completed parts and components to ANAD within the timeframes specified. The contracto r is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and facilities to accomplish the required overhaul effort. The contractor is also responsible for providing consumable parts (e.g. commercial or MIL-STD nuts, bolts, washers). ANAD will provide repair and replacement parts and components available only from the DOD standard supply system (i.e. items assigned National Stock Numbers (NSNs) if required.
