- DESC: Capital District Contracting Center intends to procure a Firm-Fixed Price, 100% total small business set-aside commercial service Contract for Walter Reed Army Medical Center for Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) Services for a Bas e Year with 4 one Year Options. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and technical supervision as necessary to provide year round operation, maintenance, repair, audit services and Data Acquisition and Handling System (DAHS) softw are support services. All capable small business vendors are encouraged to propose.
