Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order for 10 packs of VISX Custom Vue TX Cards from AMO USA, Inc. AMO, owner of VISX, Inc., is the original manufacturer of the operating system currently in use at our facility. Due to licensing restrictions, no other product on the market can be substituted for this product. Delivery shall be made to Building 777, Travis AFB, CA; required delivery of products within 14 days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 334510 applies. SIC 3842 applies. Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
