- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 0001- Corporate Fitness membership for 45 military personnel assigned to the 344th Recruiting Squadron FOB: Destination for delivery to 3030 Matlock Rd Ste 210, Arlington TX 76015 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 82 CONS will contract for a group membership covering 45 people at a gym within a 15 minute driving distance of 3030 Matlock Rd, Arlington, TX The offerors proposal must include all data and information requested herein and be submitted in accordance with these instructions. The offeror shall be compliant and ensure all work performed is within the scope defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F3VJAU5339A100. This procurement is being issued as full and open competition. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
